There is a vast difference between knowing and understanding. Wisdom is the art of knowing what we do not know. Every day presents us with the opportunity for creative and personal growth breakthroughs. We have a unique chance to unwrap the various packages of learning and understanding that are stacked up right outside our comfort zone. As we grow, we transform the way we think, learn and behave. Wisdom not only knows but it understands.

Some individuals will go an entire lifetime never having a real conversation with themselves and making peace with their past. Each day we must swallow as much love and kindness as our body allows, it will make us healthier. I hope never to abandon kindness and love— if I do it will be the beginning of the end. As we navigate our human journey, the conversation we have with ourselves accompanied by the unconditional acceptance and love we have for ourselves becomes crucial in our self-exploration towards authenticity and excellence.

The very best you can do for the world is to make the most of who you are. Sometimes you have to break the rules to make the world a better place. Engage daily and non-judgmentally to making peace with what is, letting go of what is notforgiving yourself and others to create space, to reflect more, risk more and to work towards leaving a legacy that leaves footprints of servant kindness everywhere you go.
