Preparing For Life After Coaching

Jack & Coach Raveling talk about preparing for life after you’re done coaching. Coach Raveling believes that one of the most important exercises coaches can engage in is to put together an exit plan, a vision, and an overall life strategy for what they’ll do after they are done coaching. Coach Rav believes it is up to all of us to die on empty, meaning making sure we’ve given everything we possibly can in all facets of life, whether that’s while you’re still coaching or the new career that follows.
